I think UK domain buyers are not all looking at domains the same way.
Domainers may enjoy auctions and negotiations. A small business owner often does not. If they are trying to launch a site, they usually want to know the price, decide, and move on.
That is where fixed-price domains can work well. The buyer gets a clear decision instead of waiting, guessing, or losing the name at the last minute.
For .uk sellers here, do end users respond better to Buy Now prices, or do make-offer listings still bring better results?
