I'm looking to sell one of my sites dockingstations.co.uk.
The site ranks on first page of Google for [docking stations] and is currently getting between 800-900 visits a month.
Site makes £100-£200 a year through AM with little or no work done to site.
Could be a nice site for someone with a bit more time to invest.
I'm looking for the same price I paid for the domain on it's own, that's £2,000 + VAT, however for that you will get the wordpress site and hosting runs until september.
