Domain Contact Management System?

Hi,

Does any of you domainers use a tool to help manage who you have contacted when reaching out to potential buyers for your domains (other) than outlook?

I'm looking for a bit of software that would be useful for keeping a track on who has been contacted etc. Any ideas?
