domain dispute for .es

Hi everyone

Does anyone have any experience in raising a domain dispute / seizure for a .es domain?

Any pointers, websites, cases I can read over would be really appreciated.

Cost start e1400 ( look at months with covid I'd say many)as your asking its unlikely you have a legal team waiting so if you cannot read/write spanish well I wouldn't even bother . second link has guides, list cases etc copy and translate will give you an idea .
There aren't many as spanish arent the most web savvy country and most could'nt give a toss about domains?
Alternatly if you have many thousands you want to throughaway go through there there legal system its well know for being incorruptible.

Hi, that depends on trademark basically. If you don't have the trademark and it's pretty generic, there are no options.
