I am getting this feeling that as domain names increase in value the corporates are shooting themselves in the foot...one day they will demand generics but with the likes of the finecheeses.co.uk result domain entrepreneurs will be put off selling domains and develop....domain names owners won't respond to offers cause they don't know who lurks behind....unfair trading willl always come back and bite your bum

It's still really a storm in a teacup.

The number of DRS cases is really small and the numbers won even smaller. If I was to lose one of mine every month, it still would be no big deal, but I haven't lost one yet. (Both gave up before it cost them anything.)
