It's a Sedo price. I'll believe it when I see it resolving to an end user web site. Actually that goes for about 90% of the reported sale prices, including many on here.

That's worth £10K and teenshoes.co.uk isn't worth the reg fee?
 
Google says teen shoes is 0.42% as good , so take £9k (after sales fees) as the value a seller took for the one above.... so based on that it would be 'worth' £37

So yes, it ought to be registered, just.

It's a great sale and we've no reason to doubt that it's a genuine one. We've sold many domains thro' sedo over the years that have never been developed by the purchasers. Just looked at two domain sales of of approx 2 years ago and 4 years ago (both decent four figure sums) and nothing has been done with them (not even pointed to a parking page). Personally, I believe that most of the sedo sales that are reported are genuine - after all Sedo are being paid a commission on every sale.
