Loophole....

There's no such thing as a loophole-free system. Every system has loopholes, but those are generally recognised and additional checks and balances put in place. Our staff have a lot of experience in dealing with this; and they pay special attention to possible loopholes.

Why not add to the transfer process by allowing the new registrant to specify on the transfer form the Tag and nameservers they wish the domain to be hosted on once the transfer has been completed. It would save a lot of hassle.

What obvious reasoning am I overlooking that makes this a bad idea?
