How long should it take for transfer to take place on DomainLore?

I can see a domain still in the original owner after 9 days. Makes me wander if some fraud bidding is going on so they don't have to pay the fee.

It got bid on on the 29th and ended the 5th, pretty obviously shill bid on to get it into the spotlight on the homepage
