Looking for some pricing/value opinions on this group of domains.

doublewardrobe/com (new mini site, no traff, no income yet, exact 5,400 sept)
doublewardrobes/com/co.uk (exact 1,300)

Any thoughts much appreciated :D

Open to an offer if of an interest to anyone

No-one got a double wardrobe in their houses? :D

Seriously open to offers & thoughts on values

I like both the names - it's a real world item, it's the sort of thing people buy on the web and it's an exact match for both the name and the likely search.

Value is a tricky one though.

As domains based on the raw figures they're not worth a huge amount I don't think, but then if 5,400 searches a month are being performed and you get a site to #1 or #2 on Google you can expect 50 to 100 visits (or more) daily including the longtails. If it's an affiliate site and you manage to convert one in 100 of these to a sale when you're looking at maybe £5 to £20 per day in commission.

If this happens then the figures are transformed. £10 daily is £300 per month, or £3600 per year. Even at a couple of quid a day on a 2 or 3 year multiple of turnover you're looking at a fair sum.

Up to you I guess, do you sell now for maybe £50 or £100 per name (if anyone bites) or dig in and turn the domain into what it really should be?

The choice, as they say, is yours.

Thanks Ty, much appreciated.

Had no real idea on value of these everyday products, considering your comments i wouldn't let this set go for £100 a name, its a nice set thats got value either singular or as a group.

Looking at the value of some domains which dont have any everyday appeal (LLL/LLLL etc on all sorts of extensions) then would take an immediate far higher offer to prise away in the short term

I'll be looking at affiliate sites for these, any suggestions?
