Hi all

The Dropcatcher service successfully caught a domain name for me, but although my details are correct and the dns servers are correct, the tag holder is obviously his (CHC). I have sent 3 emails now and 1 fax (on Thursday) to request the tag name to be changed, but I have had no response.

Does anyone know how I could get hold of them?

I am unsure of which email addresses or fax numbers you are using as we cannot trace having any unfulfilled transfer requests. If you would like to email me at Chris / at / UK3.com I will be happy to help. We handle dozens of tag change requests every week and I am sure that most domainers on here know that we deal with the majority of these very promptly.
