Yet another interesting case:

This time it's the name of an unborn daughter and Nominet deleting the name from the food company he worked for and re-registering it in his own name! Nice try lol

However it does raise some technical questions.......

He could have called any human or animal "Sara Lee"? He didn't offer to sell it and wasn't using parking pages? Also can you be linked to a previous legal registrant of a domain name?

Also should the expert say this "Leaving aside the exact circumstances in which the Domain Name was deleted" ?

I have to say I agree with the decision in this case.

it was too many coincident; besides, the domain name was never in use. So I think I agree with the expert.

I think in order to make a response, a respondent needs to find every reason against the complaint; even in this case, the unborn-child can be raised as a defense. How interesting is it?
