I bought 600 domains names 8 months ago (someone getting out of the game ) and I get a drs today saying that I registered 1 which is an Abusive Registration !! ..

It is irrelevant whether you registered or bought a domain, subject to a DRS claim. The point is you are the registrant and thus bound to comply with Nominet terms and conditions, and consequently you become the respondent in any dispute.

With a portfolio of several hundred domains it is almost inevitable that you will be on the receiving end of a DRS complaint sooner or later. Getting one is hardly like a summons to appear in court, but I would still advise a carefully considered response.
 
You might find the fact that you bought them "secondhand" may way in your favour as to whether or not it was an abusive registration intended to block the complainer.
