I asked them by email, haven't been told yet. It's a bit silly having a reply address that doesn't work and they don't have notes in each email advising that you shouldn't reply to the email.

It is not intentional. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. I confirm that all emails for the drs should be sent to [email protected].
