A bought a domain name through sedo.

Sedo released my monies to the seller even though the name hadn't been transferred!

Whats more sedo haveven't made measurable steps to rectify the situation...I bought it months ago!!!

Lets not forget sedo are still earning revenue on it...its parked!!!

Can I DRS the owner?

Lee - I'm sure Sedo will sort it out for you. Otherwise they'll have to change this para on their site:
