Are you aware it's a typo? the actual spelling is dumbbell weights.

I've always called them dumbells with one B, and it's seems pretty common on many sites for them to have only one B in the word, some sites call them by both terms, York who are one of the leaders in weights equipment, they call them dumbells on their site, Tesco's sell theirs as well:
