It's called an 'e-acute' (if I remember French class correctly). And to get it in 'doze, you use ALTGR-E (the right-hand Alt key on most keyboards).

e-café.co.uk would be an IDN, which Nominet (and therefore .co.uk) doesn't do, so the actual domain name is "e-cafe.co.uk".

"e-café.co.uk" is a different domain name, which hasn't yet been issued.
