Not what you would want to hear but I honestly don't think it's worth anything on it's own and I don't think it's worth putting a site together either. Too many hyphens just make it impossible for anyone to type in.
Yes to many hyphens for people to bother with, Google is good at seperating words in hyphenated names but for example home-owner-loans.co.uk would be seperated into home owner loans where as e-s-s-e-x.co.uk would be seperated into individual letters and google wouldn't string them together as a word.
You see things like l-o-a-n-s.co.uk and c-o-m-p-u-t-e-r-s.co.uk dropping all the time, There is a reason.
Maybe rather than dropping it, put it up for auction on Ebay.
Saying that I may keep it as I am thinking about using it to host a Facebook app, there will be less need to type the domain in the browser that way and it can be monetized.
