That I can tell they have a TM for the image rather than the two words "eco conscious"

As a brand, I don't think it's that strong, as it's quite hard to spell.

For sale prospects, I think it's just hold and hope. I don't see a quick sale. It's not a strong enough brand that I would want to reg it. My view is still that the .co.uk brandable space is still pretty difficult, and much better to go for the .com brandable space.

I wouldn't have the patience to sit on this one.
