Hi all

Just got home from the Edinburgh Festival, Its the third time I have been during festival time and I love it.

My girlfriend is scottish so we go up to Scotland at least twice a year if not more and stay with family in musselburgh.

There really is something for everyone and our 2 children really love it to, even though they are only 4 and 2. There are so many great street performers, shows and displays to keep everyone of all ages entertained.

Any one else been to the Edinburgh Festival this year, or in the past, or even live in scotland and visit it regular.

Would love to hear your thoughts on fringe past or present

Regards

Gav

Should have said you were coming up, could have met up with Rob, Fraser, Rob Prime and I!

That would have been great, was not aware that you were all going to be there.

I can see from your location now that you must visit the festival every year or does it become boring as you live there and it's on your door step.

I love the street performers, some are not brillant, but just ok but others are really good.

My favourite each year is the Space Cowboy, I also like the mighty gareth with the chainsaw.

Will definatley let you know next time im up, I would think it will be around christmas time, I was up for the new year last year.

Regards

Gav

I tend to travel up that way 3-4 times a year, i love Edinburgh.... dont think the misses will move though :)

I try to meet peps when i come up, should be up again in the next 2 months.

Edinburgh is a fine city, had many great nights out there.

Would never consider moving there though, would be cheaper living in London :)

I love edinburgh, I think it is a great city.

I love the nightlife, especially the Grass Market, Biddy Milligans and the Three Sisters was not quite so keen on tron though.

I much prefer Edinburgh to London, but then I suppose it is because London is on my doorstop really at just 80 miles away.

I was in covent garden a couple of weeks ago after taking the kids to the o2 to see the walking with dinosaurs, had a great day.

I would still pick edinburgh anyday though.
