I think long term they will do better as separate entities.
No one (other than domainers and the odd company) is switched on as to what is really happening or what it really means.
We have someone on here threatened with possible legal action as a company could not register the .uk (but no mention of their co.uk, which presumably has been registered for some time) and we have another person on here that could not bundle the .uk for an extra £25 as they sold the co.uk as the company were not interested.
Interesting and most likely, profitable times ahead, long term.
