Email spam blocking software??

Hey

Does anyone use any software etc that blocks everything and puts it in a folder for you to sort/allow and sends an auto reply back to the sender that gets them to click the link to show they are human?

There was a email solution that did this I saw aaaaaages ago but I want to get something like this setup again.

using a mac.

You're welcome. No, I don't use it, but if I were looking for a solution, it's the one I'd use. Many of my email contacts use it.
