Hi

I'm looking to sell one of my websites its currently running on little effort from me. Although i have recently put a few new pages on.

The site is currently 2nd in google.co.uk on a 823k exact monthly search, it has seen spells at 1.

Adsense earnings

March £388.81*
April £843.95
May so far £1,280.24

its been stable at 2nd since around 19th of april

March 23,556 Visits / 35,532 Pageviews

April 189,680 Visits / 277,669 Pageviews (it was midway through april when it appeared on the first page and started climbing to 2nd)


May (fig's 1st to 26th) 340,967 Visits / 521,288 Pageviews

It is currently earning money via Google Adsense is increasing every month from march. PM for earnings.

823k exacts?!?!? and it's doing that revenue? Can you please confirm the exacts are correct as sounds a little off to me
