Young people and adults are being encouraged to learn from each other to use online technology more safely as part of Safer Internet Day 2012.
According to research carried out to mark the day 87% of youngsters across Europe use the internet at home, while 36% of 9 to16 year olds believe that they definitely know more about the internet than their parents.
