What are our thoughts for tonight's game?

My view is a low-scoring game, most likely a draw and a fair chance of penalties.

Similar playing styles. I agree that it could be a low scoring affair, but who knows with England. I really hope we managed to avoid penalties. They're gut wrenching to watch!

Italy will either dive in the box or kick the ball at the opponents hands in the box in the first five minutes. If they get away with this - expect them to win. If they have to actually play football for 90 minutes expect them to lose

I've got a feeling we'll win tonight, 2-1 - the media have played it fairly low key so far which has got to help as it means there isn't the wrong sort of pressure on the team. Also, if they play with the kind of heart they showed against Sweden they can demoralise the Italians.

Watched half the game last night...Spain looked to have so much confidence - if we don't get to the final I hope its Spain Germany - that should be an awesome match.

Rooney is a bit like what van Persie was at my team.. Brilliant strikers but they just don't seem to do it for their national team.
