Im currently selling the domain/website- Estate agent Northern Ireland, Belfast estate agent online
Just wondering what some of you experts might value it at.
This one gets lots of targetted traffic, and has very good rankings for the most popular search terms - 'estate agent northern ireland' and 'northern ireland estate agent'. It is no1 on MSN for these terms and well ranked in lots of other major search engines.
It is a PR2 site, well established, with hundreds of one way backlinks.
I believe it is certainly worth perhaps £500, espec to an estate agent. Site gets around 1300 visitors a month (almost 19,000 this year).
Anyone care to speculate on what kind of figure i should be asking?
