The non hyphen version would go for about mid £xxxx, the hyphenated version maybe £1000

It would only appeal to the UK market because the USA call it reality agent or something like that.

Ps. Congratulations on losing your virginity to the appraisals section ;)

The Waiting Game

Isn't it best with a domain like that, to wait for a different market? I mean... give it 4-5 years and the world might not be in the state its in today lol Either that or oblivion awaits. Just seems sensible to sell an asset like that when there is a market for it.

I dont see much value in it as a .com and with a hyphen.

I don't really have a problem with hyphens and have succeeded in getting quite a few hyphinated sites to the top of Google, but I suppose for comsumer type-ins, it could lead them going to the non-hyphen version.

In the States they're called realtors.

(i just noticed that non-hyphen has a hyphen)
