Tell me about it, it was 40c yesterday, 105F. Loving it but I've been staying in so not taking full advantage, I've been out a few times though. But August is coming, stormy month, could see flooding here.

It's been summer here since i moved at end of March but I aint getting much sleep at the moment. Impossible when I don't have air conditioning and it's 80+F throughout the night.

I did sleep for six hours this morning, the simple reason the previous day each time I only slept for 20 minutes, you have to understand that I wake up in a pool of sweat and it feels like you've wet the bed so naturally you wake up. It's not all fun, feeling tired as well. But I aint moaning.

and bugger knows what people are doing to die in this heat, anyone with half a brain would stay indoors during 1pm and 5pm. I can go out walking at 11am or 6pm and still get a tan. I do need to go semi naked at the park soon though.

One good thing though, you can leave a cuppa for half an hour and it's still hot. i keep leaving them standing for too long, they do infusion twinings here not pg tips. I bought a kettle last week so have been making the most of the tea that I haven't had for three and a half months.
