Hi Guys,

I'm new to this but just wanted thoughts on what this one is worth - I'm not doing much with it right now.

Cheers
Dan

I though maybe build it as a news or information site and see if I can get some traffic then just monetize it with adwords? Or is this just not worthwhile? (I'm brand new to this)

Should I just focus on commercial names? Another one I have is runningoutlet.co.uk (also have runningoutlet.org and runoutlet.co.uk) - do you think that there is much value in this set?

Cheers

News or information site on Euro Union will be a lot of work in fairly non-commercial sector. I would say not worthwhile.

Yes, I would focus on commercial names. Whether runningoutlet.co.uk ever has value just depends if anyone ever wants it as a brand, which is down to chance so be careful.

Thanks for your advice accelerator, really appreciate it. Two quick questions:

1. It it better to build something on the name - will this impact on the value?
2. What is the best way to sell? (which site, auction/fixed price, etc)

Also, just checked and runningoutlet.com sold for $29,000 last year so that can only be a good thing for my .co.uk and .org, right?

Cheers

It's not necessary to increase the domain's value by building a website, because the buyer / end user may be interested just in the domain and build own website, unless your website generate a traffic, which helps bring the value.

There is few marketplace website as sedo, DomainLore, afternic.

runningoutlet(.)com was sold for $29k in january 2011, but you can't compare .co.uk & .com because UK is limited to UK market. End user's price is most likely about how much is the buyer willing to pay. Good luck.
