Do these bins offer free wifi ?

I was at the local trade and industry type breakfast club a few months ago and someone was discussing using some of the Mary Portas money we was awarded to throw a free town centre wifi net up.

The question arose of where to put the repeaters and such, some suggestions included post boxes, local shops, etc but the favourite choices was Lamp Posts and Phone Boxes as they already have a power source.

These bins could be an awesome way of doing that (while spying on data and targeting ads too).
