I have now decided to develop this one rather than sell it. I think it is a good geo name with loads of potential.

All national park domain names are gone, and this national park covers a large park of Devon and Somerset including Lynmouth and Lynton.

I'll be grateful if you guys will give me your thoughts on value pre development.

I think you might get a low £xxx offer from someone - however think you might have some trouble competing against the Govt website - http://www.exmoor-nationalpark.gov.uk/ which must have some really authorative backlinks and content.

If it were me I would put something fairly basic to see what you might be able to rank for before spending loads of time and money on development.

I think low £XXX as its very recently registered and not many advertisers are willing to compete for the keywords on ad-words
