You might be right but I think people are creatures of habit and they know that to get to Facebook they open up Internet Explorer, type Facebook into the search bar or Google and then click the link. Opera has existed for years and I can't see why Facebook would be able to achieve what Opera themselves haven't been able to which is to get them to download and learn a new piece of software.

Just offer extra functionality via Opera, especially on mobile.

I must admit - I love my facebook, couldn't imagine being without-it.

Got-it, worked out where we all went wrong .... Seperated our personal values from that of any business, which we have all been trained to do

Now that's just

she'll go up and down for a longtime yet
also you don't know who's massaging the price up by buying to draw in suckers before they take their profits and she drops off again

bottomline it canot be worth anywhere near this figure. I challenge anyone to dipute that
touch them at your peril
imho

they paid off debts and early investors so thats why this quarter showed big loss, but not as bad as expected
even so. think will go up quite soon, only to go further down in time

just imo

"This week, Facebook's operating chief Sheryl Sandberg and finance chief David Ebersman are eligible to sell stock they own. Microsoft, an early Facebook shareholder, will be free to do so too. Other eligible investors include Goldman Sachs and Accel Partners."

That will see them dive another $5 then

Shame all the investors didn't come to Acorn for advice first... I still think it's market value is around $20 a share. depending on it's ability to capitalise. Nobody is going to want to do without facebook (Its users) and it's not going to have any ready step in replacement.

Income generating channels are there - they just need far better tuning.

If it were mine I'd be offering incentives for personal (marketing relevant) info disclosure.

Everyone of my page adds (day after day) are birds with big tits asking if I want a date (yep - I'm single) but in this day and age theres no excuse for poor market focus

You can block FB ads for free http://adblockplus.org/en/

Many people moaning about the dating ads (I have 4 on my page) that show up even if your profile knows you are married..
