Finance Domains

On the 5th November 2008 the announcement was made to confirm the new Leeds Arena venue location would be behind the Merrion Centre and Yorkshire Bank buildings on Claypit Lane, part of the site is currently occupied by the now empty building (2008) which was previously part of Leeds Metropolitan University.

The site covers an area of over 5 acres, and has been selected as the preferred location by senior councillors in Leeds for the construction of the multi-million pound venue. The council will own the land and the building, the Leeds Arena will be managed by the selected operator SMG. It is anticpated that the venue will have 12,500 seats and be suitable for a wide variety of entertainment and sporting events.

I was one of the underbidders for the contract to own, develop and run Leeds Arena and now I wish to dispose of these domains. A quick search on google will confirm this.

I have just 'found' another couple of financial domains that I am offering for sale, namely

saleleaseback.co.uk - for sale and leaseback of property, cars, machinery etc

debtorfinance.co.uk - which is a term used for factoring and invoice discounting
