Type "cash paid for property" into Google and the number 1 position (and it has been for some time now) should be cashpaidforproperty.com.

It could be for sale at the high £xxx end of your price range.

Try the same with "fast cash deals". It should be fastcashdeals.co.uk in the Number 1 slot.

I may have some more personal finance names available.
