Looking to sell my fishing forum website, website needs a little work but does get good steady traffic that is building every month, approx 1500/2000 uniques a mounth for past 6 months, aged domain with backlinks.

I purchased the Website from previous developer but have not had the time to do anything with it as yet so I just leave it on auto pilot, I rekon it has a lot of potential if someone has some spare time on their hands, it needs a bit of updating but nothing beyond the average domainer. Simple CMS backend included. I get several request a month from Webmaster requesting backlinks, also had a few intersted in adverting but I just aint got the time for all this stuff! it realy could be a nice little earner in the right hands.

OK! I got more stats for anyone who is interested

Domain age - almost 7 years old now

Traffic - Feb-09 to sept-09 19,634 ( 2000+ average month ) thats with zero input from me, it just jets natural typein traffic plus I believe its got some past back links that are still active.

Revenue - Peanuts! approx £5/8 a month on ppc , as I have said this site has a lot more potential for banner ads and text ads, its way under monitized just needs a push in the right direction and some updating, maybe even a complete new forum package if you realy want to get serious although the exsisting custom forum layout seems to work well with its simple CMS backend which I must add needs a little work as the previous owner did not complete a few features but did provide me with instruction on how to complete these tasks, mainly database stuff, as I said I just aint had the time.

I have been without my Computer for a few weeks, it just died on me and harddrive was corrupted so been busy recovering and backing-up 3 years of data' , I have had to resort to using my wifes Laptop when I can get here off ebay, should be back to normal by end of this week as I got myself a new Laptop, about time to! I highly recomend getting yourself a backup system, I know I am, its a real shit being without a computer, lesson learned.
