flippa.com looks like a US one but might be something on there for you all!

Just worth mentioning for clarity: Flippa.com may be very new, but it's a repackaged version of Sitepoint's Marketplace section for websites, so it has behind the scenes a long history and a lot of users (buyers and sellers) that migrated to the new site.
