Seems to be 1 hour forward when i am logged out, however when i log in it fixes itself.

Im a browsing in the Uk with a UK IP...

vb has a default setting, loosely based on the server time, and then a personal setting based on your usercp setting relative to GMT.

The server setting may not be actively based on BST and so still set to GMT+1 (ie manual BST).
