Some of you may have seen me post about a forum of mine that is for sale. I am now really looking to make the sale as I have other interests that need the money invested into.
The forum is aimed at a music artist (underground hip hop) and I think could be monitised better with amazon sales of albums etc. August It made £50 on adsense, but since moving the adverts September has gone over £100 for earnings.
I'm looking to get around £1,800 but would consider anything over £1,500.
The forum currently gets over 35,000 unique visitors per month, it is google PR4 and the domain is five years old. It currently has an alexa ranking of 381,417.
The situation you would be in as a buyer is pretty good as there are dedicated staff members there who would be more than happy to keep the site running, and you can sit back and earn from adsense or amazon links (not currently implemented).
This ideal for advertising hip hop clothing, albums/dvds and other merchandise.
