Fresh Store Builder Freshstorebuilder V3.08 very slow

Just reaching out to other freshstorebuilder people to see if they are having the same problem as me Ever since i have updated to the latest version 3.08 the sites are unworkable as in that slow it takes about 5-15 minutes to load anything.

I tried posting on the FSB forum but my post are now being moderated and the thread i starting asking for help was closed. I also submitted a ticket but again no help.

Has anyone else updated there FSB sites to the latest version 3.08 and if so are they slow for you as if it is just me then i can try a different host but dont want to go moving about 30-50 sites incase it is the latest version that is the problem.

Mine are ok mate, I have upgraded 2 and fresh installed 3 and they are all fine!
http://treadmill.ws is one and its not as quick as Wordpress but quicker than FSB 3.06 it was running prior to upgrading.

Where are you hosting your sites, and are they all on one server?

FSB are offering some hosted solution may be worth a look for you...

thanks for letting me know, i am trying to find out why as version before have been great. Its just this version that has stumped me. I have to do some more digging but if anyone else has any stores running good on 3.08 can you let me know.

FreshStoreBuilder is a great product but unfortunatly they dont like being told it has bugs at times

do you still use FSB?

Positive & constructive criticism should always be welcome and a way forward.

I just have 2 of my own FSB stores now, both using v2.5.0. :mrgreen:

If they can't take the negative comments about potential bugs or anything else, locking topics etc, then they shouldn't be in business, I would never bother with a company like that.

Constructive criticism is always allowed and welcomed - it is how we improve and move forward.

@secnam your forum account was moderated a while ago for abusive messages on the forum. The thread discussing speed was closed as it was not constructive and was advising members to stay on 2.7.0 - this is false and dangerous because 2.7.0 is not in compliance with Amazon TOS and we have also made security fixes since then.

3.0.8 is our fastest version yet and 99% of our members have no speed issues. Your ticket is still open and we are investigating why your specific store is slow.
