Not looking to spend a fortune and want something brand-able and relatively short.

Also must be .co.uk

Im just stating that I dont have a huge budget and dont want to waste anyone's time with them sending me offers for premium domains as I dont have the budget.

I have had several PM's with almost suitable domains so they obviously didn't think so either?
