I would like some advice on this domain.

I think this has a cracking keyword, but i am reluctant to develop it properly as it is not a "proper" extension. It was one of my first regs before i knew more about domains.

Any thoughts?

IMHO, there's nothing Game plc could do - as any uk.net/uk.com domains etc are subdomains, and not official TLD domains. I presume CentralNic does have some sort of policy, but I believe that WIPO's cannot be applied to subdomains.

I can see your point would be like trying to drs for game.acorndomains.co.uk
