Matt you wanted the website which was not live - my main issue was getting the server back online so that all my websites and customers sites were live again.

Once you have finished taking the website I am cancelling the server as its been nothing but hassle from the word go. As i told you all this.

I am very sorry about the time frame it does take the piss I know.

Sean, the thing is this isn't the truth.

The website was up and running when I made the offer for the domains and site, it was up and running a few days later (at the time that I had a sixth sense to clone as much of the site as I could) and then it went down and didn't resolve.

At no time before I paid, the day that I paid or the following few days was the website down. It was very much live and there was no question as to whether this was included in the sale. So it's very strange that you are now saying I wanted the site which was not live...

You say you told me all this, but you told me a few days ago that you were having hosting troubles and that was about it. Nothing about the site not being included, because we made a deal that it was.

Hi Matt;

If you look at the original sales thread it did not mention the site being for sale but you asked if i would include in the sale which i did.

The server then went down 2-3 days later and so did my emails with it.

I have all the corrospondence from fasthosts as they was no help as i was supposed to manage all the server myself,

Can you confirm you have an email from me with the server login details?

Yep i am seeing that too, although there is no over due invoices

Sick of fasthosts, ok will have to call them.
