get a .co.uk back cheap after expiry

Hey if I let a .co.uk expire by mistake (happened a week ago and I just got an email from nominet about £80), is there a cheaper way to get it back (for the usual 6 quid)?

If I become a member and have the pgp stuff, can I do something that way to renew it for the basic cost?

Just renew it through your registrar for the normal £6odd
