According to big G one of my sites has the following:

2,899 impressions
< 10 clicks

More stats. These are for January. I've removed the keywords as I would like it to remain anonymous...

One keyword gave me 1,733 impressions but no clicks.
How can I improve the click rate?

I've found that sexing up the title / meta description helps...

Make your links irresistible to potential customers - what are the current title / meta descriptions?

Get from the bottom of the page of results to the top.

Well in a search result you only see 3 things really :

Page title
Page description
Domain

Must be something wrong with at least 1 of these with this site if so few people are clicking. Something is putting them off.

Thanks guys. i'll look into your suggestions.

I don't know how to get from the bottom of the page to the top as I am rubbish at SEO. I haven't actually built any links to this site yet. I've just been working on content.

I've seen sites listed top of Google's organic results getting 10% of clicks. The only thing you can do is make the page's title and meta description more clickable..

Edit: but in this case you're in 10th place most of the time and that's the problem!

I've got something similar to this on one of my sites and it's because an image was ranking and I was getting impressions from that, but no one was clicking through to my site as there was no need to.

I have a feeling this might be the case for you too?

That very well might be the case Adem thanks. I'll look into it. I'll also try and spice up the meta description. It cant hurt.

Top tip: Look at the PPC ads for your keywords, chances are the companies will have done tons of split testing to get the best CTR and quality score on adwords, thus the ones you'll see probably are the ones with the best click through so copy what they are like for your titles/descriptions. Simples
