Caught for me today by DomainWatchList, Glentress, is well known as probably the best mountain biking centre in Great Britain, as of 2010, they were getting 300,000 visitors per year, 75% of which were mountain bikers, there's also Innerleithen trail centre just down the road, which had 40,000 visitors in 2010, plenty of opportunities for selling bikes, bike gear, accommodation etc.

Glentress is part of the 7Stanes, which are 7 mountain bike trail centres across the south of Scotland, please make any offers below, no PM's:

Sorry to hijack but this is a GOOD name; my dad used to own the Glentress Hotel and it was popular with cyclists so there are opportunities to do more than just one thing with this name.

Hi Khalid, yes, loads of hotels, guest houses, wigwams etc near Glentress, stick the name in hotels.com site for example and you get plenty of results, that's why I mentioned in my initial post that it would be good for accommodation with 300,000+ people visiting there each year I've stuck it on Sedo now anyway, might do something with it myself if theres no interest on there.
