GoDaddy Back Ordering Service

Has anyone got any experience of the GoDaddy back ordering service?
Just paid $19 for the back order of a domain but really should have checked here first to see if they're any good.

Anyway, anyone experienced them before? Are they any good?

Evidentally it's crap as they didn't manage to secure the domain.
What a load of crap.

GoDaddy can go to hell.

For no reason atall I got blacklisted and my account disabled. I emailed with no luck.... So made a call to America just to talk to someone who sounded like a robot and just read off a FAQ sheet.

From now on I deal with smaller companies who dont just treat you as a number and not listen to anything you say.... so frustrating
