Godaddy buyer service

Does anyone have experience of Godaddy "escrow" service, as a seller? It does not look good to me, basically we have funds, do a Tag change and we will pay you. No agreement, and obviously buyer is anonymous.

Sold a domain through GoDaddy earlier this year after being contacted by one of their brokers – didn't have any problems.
