Thats a vast difference in the pricing £15000 to £2750 .. they obviously had to have both the singular and the plural versions and they were willing to pay for it .. your just unlucky there fungi ..

Good attitude to have fungi, if you are happy with the price when you completed it mate then that's good enough in my book. This business is full of "if I only knew that 10 minutes ago".

Nothing you or any of us can do about it..

There's nothing unlucky about getting £2750 for underdogs, that's a great price; who wouldn't be chuffed with that!

Every buyer, big or small, has a ceiling limit and holding out for more could easily have resulted in a lost sale for the plural and possibly even for the singular if the buyer was only interested in getting both.

A bird in the hand is most definitely worth two in the bush and almost everyone on here has regretted not accepting an offer at one time or another.
