Google Adsense Google Ads not relevant + another question

I have placed Ads on many, many sites over the years and all usually result in some relevant sites been advertised.

e.g. On a Gift/Present web site IWANTONEOFTHOSE.com

I have just started to setup 2 new ones (first for a while now) and they aren't relating to the content all the time, They are switching between just WORDPRESS or none related stuff and the correct ads (now and then). It's as if it's stuck in that period when you first set it and it doesn't match your site yet.

These 2 are on a camping website I have.

Anyone any ideas? And yes they were placed on the site well over 48 hours ago.

Another Adsense question... What's the biggest single click amount you have ever had for Adsense and what sector was it for?

Mine was around $4 for "Treatments Abroad"

Believe it or not tonight the correct ads kicked in 100%

Before at the start none at all then half and half now cooking on gas
