Google Keyword Tool

I noticed today that the Google keyword tool is allowing me to perform two searches before the third search redirects me to a sales page for a Google Adwords account. Has anyone in the UK noticed this as I'm not sure if this is just happening with my IP range.

This falls in line with a professional collegue who, around four months ago, informed me that within 9 months the GKT would only be available to Adwords accounts holders who had an active Adwords account, in other words an account which is active financially. He also said it would be rolled out via IP ranges internationally.

Perhaps one of you could run a few searches on the GKT from the UK and let me know if this happens at the moment from there. If it doesn't, I will use my UK VPN to access further searches.
