Google still best source of end user leads?

Late Spring/EarlySummer, we were (still) getting a great ratio of replies from our targeted outbound marketing (80% of the leads we reach out to are ranking under the domain's keywords at Google.

Is Google still the best source of potential end user clients? (do you have good results with any other 1 source)

I presume that the ratio will pick back up again once UK companies get back to work (early September possible?)....

Have you tried video marketing with YouTube? I would guess that has a lot of potential. It's on my To Do list of things to try.
